Welcome to AI Collage Frames. This Privacy Policy
explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile
application. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue
use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
- Feedback: When you submit feedback through the app, we collect your feedback message and submission date.
- Violation Reports: When you report a generated AI image or video, we collect your report text and a timestamp.
b) Automatically Collected Information
- Device ID (ANDROID_ID): We collect your device's unique Android ID solely to manage your coin balance and in-app purchase history. This is stored in Firebase Realtime Database under "Coin Payment Info / {device_id} / coin" and is not linked to your personal identity.
- Photos & Media: The App accesses photos from your device gallery when you choose to create a collage, use an AI template, or pick images for AI generation. We do not upload your personal photos to any server except when you explicitly submit them for AI processing (see Section 2).
- Camera: With your permission, the App can capture photos using your device camera for use in templates and collages. Camera usage is optional.
- Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics events (e.g., screen views, feature usage) via Firebase Analytics to improve the App. No personally identifiable information is included.
- FCM Registration Token: When you launch the App, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) automatically generates a unique push notification token for your device. This token is used solely to deliver push notifications to your device. It is not linked to your personal identity and is not shared with any third party other than Firebase (Google).
c) Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or account login credentials.
- We do not collect precise GPS location data.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
2. AI Generation Features
When you use our AI Image Generation or AI Video Generation features, your selected image(s) and
text prompt are sent to Runware AI (a third-party AI service) to generate content.
Runware's use of this data is governed by their own Privacy Policy at
runware.ai/privacy. We recommend reviewing their policy.
- Generated images and videos are displayed within the App and saved to your device gallery on your request.
- URLs of generated media are stored locally on your device in a SQLite database solely so you can view them in "Saved Media".
- We do not permanently store your AI-generated content on our servers.
3. Coin System, Subscriptions & Purchases
- Virtual Coin System (One-Time Purchases): The App uses a virtual coin system to access advanced AI generation features (1 coin per AI Image, 5 coins per AI Video).
- Coins can be purchased as one-time packages (Starter Plan: 20 coins, Standard Plan: 50 coins, Pro Plan: 130 coins).
- These coin purchases are direct, non-recurring, one-time charges, and do NOT automatically renew.
- Your coin balance is stored locally on your device (SharedPreferences) and synced to Firebase Realtime Database using only your anonymous Device ID to allow secure balance restoration upon reinstallation.
- VIP Premium Subscriptions (Auto-Renewing Plans): You can subscribe to our VIP Premium plan to unlock unlimited premium templates, filters, stickers, and remove all advertisements.
- We offer a Weekly Subscription (with monthly billing of ₹300.00/Week or localized equivalent) and a Yearly Subscription (₹1000.00/Year or localized equivalent).
- Subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renew is explicitly disabled in your Google Play Account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal anytime through your Google Play Store Account settings. If cancelled, premium features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Payment Processing & Security: All financial transactions, subscriptions, and purchases are processed exclusively and securely by **Google Play Billing** (Google Payments). We do NOT collect, access, store, or share your payment card numbers, bank accounts, or billing details.
4. Permissions We Request
- INTERNET: Required to fetch templates, contact AI generation services, and sync data with Firebase.
- READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Required to access photos from your gallery for use in collages and templates.
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to save completed collages, AI images, and videos to your device gallery.
- CAMERA: Optional. Used only when you choose to capture a photo directly within the app.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required to send you reminders and creative inspiration notifications (Android 13+). You can disable these in system settings.
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED / SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: Used to reschedule notifications after device restart.
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Used to check internet connectivity before making network requests.

6. Advertising
The App displays ads through Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads,
and rewarded ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can
opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of
Ads Personalization. We do not control AdMob's data collection.
7. Notifications
The App sends two types of push notifications:
- Local Notifications: Scheduled reminders (e.g., at 9 AM and 6 PM) generated entirely on your device. No personal data is transmitted for local notifications.
- Firebase Push Notifications (FCM): We may send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver app updates, creative tips, new feature announcements, or promotional offers. To enable this, Firebase generates a unique device registration token. This token is used only to route notifications to your device and is not used to identify you personally.
You can disable all notifications at any time in your device's system settings under
Settings > Apps > AI Collage Frames > Notifications.
On Android 13 and above, the App will request your explicit permission before sending any notifications.
8. Data Storage & Security
- Most app data (preferences, coin balance, settings) is stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences and SQLite — it never leaves your device except where explicitly described.
- Data synced to Firebase (device ID + coin balance, feedback, violation reports, FCM token) is protected by Firebase's industry-standard security.
- We implement reasonable technical measures to protect against unauthorized access; however, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information,
please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Your Rights
- You may clear all app data at any time via Android Settings > Apps > AI Collage Frames > Clear Data.
- You may revoke camera or storage permissions at any time in your device settings.
- You may request deletion of your feedback or violation report data by contacting us.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated
"Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes
acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Safe AI Community
Our app includes an in-app reporting feature that allows users to report or flag AI-generated content they find offensive,
inappropriate, or policy-violating. Reported content is reviewed to help maintain a safe and creative experience for everyone.
